Deliveries

All stock will be delivered within 1 to 5 working days. You will be notified if any item you order is out of stock and approximate delivery time. Courier fees are $5.95 for the North Island and $8.95 for the South Island.

All stock will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days. You will be notified if any item you order is out of stock and approximate delivery time. Orders will be quoted once the order is received and charged only after your approval is given.

When you place an order with nanricroad.co.nz your information is transmitted over a secure server. All information is encrypted before it is transmitted using SSL technology. Once your credit card is processed we do not retain your credit card number, an added measure of security for your credit information.

Nanricroad.co.nz uses the personal information collected from you in the order process to help us deliver your order, to contact you about your order if we have questions, and to improve our site to serve you better.

Gifts

It's easy to make an order and have it sent as a gift to a special someone. Just find the items you would like sent and add them to the online shopping cart. When you’ve got what you want click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button. At the Check-out you’ll be able to specify where and to whom the gift is to be sent. You can even select a preferred delivery date.

Exchanges

We regret we are unable to exchange items, or accept returns for reasons other than if they are damaged or faulty. Choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange if you change your mind. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement.
