Soften icecream and mix in vanilla essence. Use to line the base and sides of a 1 litre pudding bowl. Freeze until firm. Whip cream until stiff. Mix in icing sugar, almonds, chocolate and chopped liquered fruits. Use to fill the chocolate icecream shell. Cover and freeze until firm. To serve - dip bowl in warm water to loosen icecream, tip out onto plate, garnish. |
